    CEO & Founder

    Kamola is a former OBGYN nurse in Gynecologic Surgery Department of IOGRU. She has participated in MUN Women international conferences in 2018-2019, advocating for women’s health and women’s rights. She has recently completed her research in toxicology and has an experience in environmental research and eDNA.

  • Dr Simon L. Linwood

    CTO

    Dr. Simon Linwood is the Chief Information Officer at UCR Health and UCR School of Medicine, with over 20 years of experience in healthcare IT. He created a formula for success: "digital leadership = delivery × (data + AI) × ethics." Before UCR, he led IT at Duke, Northwestern, Marshfield Clinic, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. He has published over 150 papers, trained 70+ students, and focuses on using technology and AI to improve healthcare.

  • Dr Karen Hsu

    Clinical Advisor

    Dr Hsu earned her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center and completed her residency training at the Icahn School of Medicine - Mount Sinai Hospital. While there, she was the recipient of a Global Health Fellowship and has devoted her time to projects in Liberia and Peru. Dr. Hsu practices the full scope of obstetrics and gynecology, and treats patients of all ages.

  • Dr Michael Challenor

    Business Advisor

    Dr. Michael Challenor served as the Co-founder and CTO at VitalTrace, a pioneering company in Australia specializing in fetal monitoring devices (FDA Class II). Under his leadership, VitalTrace successfully transitioned from Seed to Series A funding, driving significant advancements in maternal health technology. Additionally, Dr. Challenor serves as the Director of InnovateScience, a renowned medical device consulting firm.

  • Adrien M. Smith

    Commercialization Specialist

    Adrien Smith is a commercialization expert with over 20 years of experience, including roles as Director of Global Marketing for Transcatheter Heart Valves at Edwards Lifesciences and leadership positions at AbbVie, Abbott, and Bristol Myers Squibb. His expertise in market strategy and product launches has driven growth for top healthcare innovations.

  • Anthony Aliberto

    Chief Engineer

    Holding M.S in Polymer/Plastics engineering degree from NYU, Anthony has over 30 years of experience in medical devices, as an engineer, laboratory manager and project manager at Medtronic and Abbot. He also invented the first inflatable vaginal speculums in 2002.

  • Timothy Orr

    Engineer, Product Designer

    Timothy is a senior year Engineering student at CUI. He has extensive knowledge of 3D modeling and product design, which helped us to develop our initial prototype for animal studies.

  • Ayah Halabi

    Data Analyst

    Ayah is obtaining her MS in Applied Statistics and Data Science at UCLA. She is experienced in utilizing various programming languages, including Python, R, Linux. Her previous experience as a data analyst started at SCCWRP for multiple ocean monitoring projects.
